Refund & Delivery Policy
1. Digital delivery
CrownX products are digital software/licenses. Delivery may include license activation, download access, configuration details or account-linked access. The specific delivery method shown at checkout or in the purchase confirmation controls for that transaction.
2. Before purchase
Please verify product compatibility, MetaTrader 5 requirements, intended market, broker conditions and any stated license limitations before completing a purchase.
3. Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable purchase terms, payment provider rules and mandatory consumer rights in the purchaser’s jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Digital content activation
Where applicable law permits different treatment after digital content or a license has been supplied or activated, the checkout process should clearly request any legally required acknowledgment before immediate delivery.
5. Technical issues
If access cannot be delivered or a verified technical defect prevents the product from functioning as described, contact support with the order/license details and relevant diagnostic information so the issue can be investigated.
6. Non-refundable circumstances
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the final checkout terms, refunds generally should not be based solely on trading performance, market losses, a change of trading preference, broker conditions outside CrownX control, or failure to follow documented setup requirements.
7. Payment disputes
Before opening a payment dispute, customers are encouraged to contact support so delivery, licensing or technical issues can be reviewed. Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse may result in license suspension where permitted by law.
8. Final commercial setup
Before enabling live checkout, replace this general framework with the exact refund window, seller identity, support email, payment provider and consumer-rights wording applicable to your commercial setup.
Payment and access
The current offer is USD 299 per CrownX robot for a lifetime license. PayPal payment or direct-contact payment may be used. Access and license delivery occur after payment is confirmed. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the purchaser’s jurisdiction remain unaffected.
