1. Acceptance

By accessing the CrownX website, purchasing a CrownX product or using a CrownX license, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable Risk Disclosure and Refund & Delivery Policy.

2. Product purpose

CrownX products are software tools for automated trading workflows on MetaTrader 5. They are not a bank, broker, investment fund, portfolio manager or guarantee of financial performance.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for your trading account, broker relationship, leverage, account funding, platform configuration, internet/VPS environment, symbol settings and decision to enable live trading. You should understand the risks before using automated execution.

4. License

Unless a product page or purchase agreement states otherwise, a CrownX purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed software under the applicable license conditions. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls, distribute unauthorized copies or use the product to infringe third-party rights.

5. Availability and changes

Features, supported symbols, broker compatibility, licensing methods and website functionality may change as the product evolves. Updates may be released to improve functionality, compatibility, risk controls or security.

6. No performance promise

Examples, simulations, interface graphics and system telemetry may be illustrative. Unless explicitly identified as independently verified live results, they must not be interpreted as an earnings claim, track record or promise of future performance.

7. Third-party services

CrownX may rely on MetaTrader 5, brokers, VPS providers, payment processors, hosting providers or other third-party services. CrownX does not control their uptime, execution quality, spreads, slippage, outages, policy changes or other service conditions.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrownX and its creators/providers are not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, broker actions, market gaps, slippage, connectivity failures or indirect losses arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Legal details

These terms should be completed with the legal seller/operator identity and governing-law information used for the final commercial launch.
