Why “not trading” can be a decision

A common beginner assumption is that a robot should trade constantly. CrownX is designed around selectivity: if the configured conditions are weak or a safety filter blocks a setup, doing nothing is an acceptable outcome.

What is profit protection?

When a position moves favorably, trade-management logic can be used to reduce the chance that an open gain fully reverses. The exact outcome still depends on market movement and execution; protection logic is not a guarantee that an open gain will be retained.
